Northwest Forever Homes is a family owned & operated Real Estate Investment company based in Damascus, OR. Brad & Valentina founded NW Forever Homes on the idea that people who are considering selling their home should be able to do so on their own terms.

How Does Our Process Work?

Our process begins with a conversation about your situation and property condition. After understanding your desired outcome, we can help guide you through some possible solutions.

  1. Reach out to us via the Contact Form

  2. We will contact you via phone, text, or email (whichever you prefer) to gather more information on your situation & property.

  3. If your goal is to sell your property, we will provide an offer that is tailored to your goals.

We File Paperwork

We handle all the paperwork. You can relax now, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

  1. Once we come to an agreement, we draft and authorize a purchase agreement.

  2. Escrow is opened with our local title company.

  3. After some basic inspections to confirm condition of the property, and Title gives the all-clear, we are ready to close!
